Another Halloween card to get you festive for October... this one uses a few of the lesser known but great Stampin' Up products: the Tearing Edge and the Signo Gel Pen. I drew the web with the gel pen, and the spider is from the Eat, Drink, and Be Scary stamp set in the Holiday Mini catalog.
